A heartbreaking story.. but with the power of this group, I know we will be able to assist in some form or another. If anything... perhaps just spread the word.
The story: A single mother died from an Asthma attack leaving her 2 week old baby girl & her 5 other siblings orphaned.
Their need: A kind women who works in a local school food kitchen & her husband is looking after the baby (now 4 weeks & weighs 2.4kg) and the 2 yr old. But they only have a 3 x 6 small hophuis which is typically built for the rural folk.
The other 4 children sleep anywhere, where someone will give them a place to stay which is not consistent.
She is prepared to foster all 6 children but will need extra accommodation for the other 4 children. They would ideally want the children to grow up together so they are needing help with putting up a Wendy House, 2 x double bunks with a few bits for the interior/bedding. The name of this Cause is RAM (Rescue Among Many) - you can search for them on forgood.co.za
